They had the best price on the Internet. Amazon insists on a delivery signature, and won't sent it "hold for pickup". Am I supposed to take a day off work to receive a JBL GTO804 Reduced Depth 8-Inch Subwoofer? Anyway, that's about the only negative. JBL GTO804 Reduced Depth 8-Inch Subwoofer arrived with a shutter button problem. Amazon web policies say they don't pay return shipping, but in fact they did. They e-mailed me a Fedex Return Authorization label, and I dropped it off at the local Fedex store. Only problem was it wasn't "insured" for more than 0. I took the chance. I immediately ordered a replacement JBL GTO804 Reduced Depth 8-Inch Subwoofer. Amazon had raised the price, but gave me the original price. The replacement works perfectly. Amazon received JBL GTO804 Reduced Depth 8-Inch Subwoofer I returned, and credited my card much faster than their stated time. I guess you just can't expect to get ripped off by a New York (New Jersey) camera store anymore. Great job, Amazon
