I am writing this review, because On my order I had a problem. My Reese Towpower 44569 Class III/IV 2" Round Tube Professional Hitch Receiver never made it into my hands, the day it was delivered I was throwing a Reese Towpower 44569 Class III/IV 2" Round Tube Professional Hitch Receiver for my sister and I had around 40 people at my house. Some of whom I have never met, and most from out of town. FedEx said Reese Towpower 44569 Class III/IV 2" Round Tube Professional Hitch Receiver was delivered but I am assuming they handed it to the wrong person,or left it on the wrong door step. FedEx never had anyone singe for it? After waiting, and trying to track down people from Reese Towpower 44569 Class III/IV 2" Round Tube Professional Hitch Receiver I ended up empty handed. I contacted Amazon.com and spoke with a customer Representative, they directed me to the investigation department.
