Ordered a AGS LE5 Lock Ease from the Amazon.com web site. AGS LE5 Lock Ease came in two days, Fedex Home Delivery, free shipping. They had the best price on the Internet. Amazon insists on a delivery signature, and won't sent it "hold for pickup". Am I supposed to take a day off work to receive a AGS LE5 Lock Ease? Anyway, that's about the only negative. AGS LE5 Lock Ease arrived with a shutter button problem. Amazon web policies say they don't pay return shipping, but in fact they did. They e-mailed me a Fedex Return Authorization label, and I dropped it off at the local Fedex store. Only problem was it wasn't "insured" for more than 0. I took the chance.
