Excellent customer service!!!!!! i ordered a Ken-Tool 32114 2 Piece Small Tire Iron Set on 10/29/10 to give to my son for christmas, then on 12/03/10 i was informed that it was not in stock and they did not know when they would have it back in stock. i was very upset and disappointed so i immediately wrote a negative review on them. within 1 hour i was called by a manager who was very nice and apolagetic. not only did give me a refund for my order, he had found another company that had the exact same Ken-Tool 32114 2 Piece Small Tire Iron Set in stock and he also paid the .00 more it cost to buy it. i was more than impressed, because he cared more about my son having his Ken-Tool 32114 2 Piece Small Tire Iron Set on christmas than the loss of money and business to another company. now that is what i call guaranteed customer satisfaction!! i never heard of any company ever doing that for someone, so i will defintely continue to shop with Amazon and recommend others to do so as well.
